Das Hotel ist modern und sehr geschmakvoll eingerichtet. Nicht nur das Zimmer, auch das Badezimmer ist gross, geräumig und sehr sauber mit viel Abstellflächen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionel. Das Essen hat sehr gemundet und der Wein ist excellent. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und bringen noch Freunde mit.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit wurde von jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter gelebt. Ob Hotel, Bahn oder Berg: Alles top. Dass das Wetter nicht so optimal war, hat eigentlich fast nichts ausgemacht. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und top sauberes Hotel. Der Wellness Bereich ist etwas klein mit nur einem kleinen Whirlpool. Sauna und Dampfbad sind jedoch ausreichend gross und auch der Ruheraum ist schön. Enttäuschend ist der „Kneipp-Weg“ das ist nicht als solches zu erkennen. Als Tagesgast wäre mir der Wellness Bereich, für das was er bietet, zu teuer. Frühstück auf dem Säntis war sehr gut, gute Auswahl und sehr frisch. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt hätte, wärs noch besser gewesen und man hätte das Bergpanorama geniessen können, war aber auch so in Ordnung. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wie gesagt ausser dem Wellness Bereich nichts auszusetzen.

Zimmer war erst um 15:45 Uhr bezugsbereit, für die Wartezeit wurde uns keine Alternative angeboten, Göste welche nach uns angereist sind wurden vor uns eingecheckt und ich im 9. Monat schwanger durfte in der Lobby warten. Ein Glas Wasser wäre toll gewesen!

We stayed there as a traveling couple for just one night and I want to express my gratitude to the lovely hotel and restaurant team for the lovely and welcoming service. We then benefitted from a discounted ticket to ride to the top of Säntis for breakfast: an absolute MUST DO!!! Great experience - mochanochmals ganz herzlichen Dank dem Hotel und Restaurant Team für die sehr freundliche Betreuung!! Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Erfahrung. Great value for the money!!

Wir reisten zu viert, 2 Paare (60-80J). Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit 'Waldblick', das war wunderschön. Die Fahrt auf den Säntis war eindrücklich, das Wetter gut, die Wolken versperrten uns die Sicht auf die enorme Bergkulisse nicht. Die Rundwanderung zum Chräzerenpass war schön, jedoch für die Hälfte unserer Gruppe, zu anstrengend. Es ging immer wieder steil ab- und aufwärts, Wanderstöcke wären hilfreich gewesen ;) Das Essen und die Getränke waren gut. Am 2. Abend bekamen wir zum Apéro auch ein paar Knabbereien, die hatten wir am ersten Abend vermisst. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war reichlich. Sämtliches Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich ist grosszügig, fantatstisch sind die grossen Fenster damit man in die Natur sehen kann. Wir genossen die 2 Nächte in vollen Zügen.
